Every item is a formulation concept for private-label development, not a finished registered product. Claims shown are positioning directions and are finalised against testing and the destination market’s regulatory route before launch.
Quick answer: what is in the dermatology and aesthetic portfolio?
ORIZI Group’s 2026 dermatology and aesthetic portfolio contains 44 professional skincare concepts across 12 collections: anti-ageing, barrier therapy, sun care, body care, post-procedure recovery, pigmentation, acne, hydration, eye and neck, body contouring, and hair and scalp, plus targeted treatment masks. Each collection is a complete routine rather than a single product, is built around a named active story, and can be customised for fragrance, texture and claims. Ready-formula routes start from 50 units per SKU; custom development typically starts at 500 to 1,000.
Key takeaways
- Collections, not SKUs. Each of the eleven is a sequenced routine, which is how clinics dispense and how retail baskets grow.
- Every product carries a named active story — Lacto PDRN, ceramide complexes, tranexamic acid, peptides — so the positioning is specific rather than generic.
- Claims are matched to evidence tiers before launch: stability and safety, skin tolerance, performance, and SPF/UVA rating where relevant.
- Sun care is the compliance-heaviest line. SPF and PA ratings require validated testing, and any formula change means re-testing.
- Customisation is bounded by stability and claim support, not by preference alone.
How the portfolio is organised

The portfolio is grouped by application area so a clinic or brand owner can start from the concern rather than from the ingredient. Face care carries the largest share; body, hair and scalp extend the same clinical thinking into the rest of the routine.

Collection 02 — Barrier Therapy Essentials

For sensitive, dry-prone and compromised-looking skin. Every step is formulated to be tolerated by reactive skin, which in practice means restraint: mild surfactants, no fragrance load, and lipids that match the skin’s own.

Collection 03 — Sun Therapy Essentials

Three finishes matched to skin type and preference, each built on a broad-spectrum filter system with barrier-care and environmental-stress actives. This is the collection where testing discipline matters most: an SPF claim is only as good as the validated test behind it, and changing the formula means testing again.
| Product | Format | Active story |
|---|---|---|
| Sun Gel SPF 50 PA++++ | Fresh gel for oily, combination or dehydrated skin | UV filter system, niacinamide and hyaluronic acid, ectoin and tocopherol |
| Milky Sunscreen SPF 50 PA++++ | Silky fluid for normal to dry skin | UV filter system, ceramide NP and cholesterol, Hydromanil™ and tocopherol |

Collection 05 — Post-Procedure Support

Built for the critical window after treatment, when skin is sensitised and the consumer is most receptive to a dispensed routine. This collection carries the highest regulatory sensitivity in the portfolio: advanced actives are positioned for cosmetic use only and only where the destination market permits them.
| Product | Format | Active story |
|---|---|---|
| Recovery Serum / Gel | Cooling serum-gel | Minimalist hydrating system for sensitised skin |
| Recovery Cream | Barrier comfort cream | Soothing lipid support for dryness and tightness |
| Microneedling Booster | Professional in-clinic booster | Low-viscosity concept for clinic protocols |
| Laser Recovery Mask | Single-use hydrogel or sheet mask | Cooling intensive hydration; advanced actives subject to market permission |

Collection 06 — Pigmented Skin Set

A five-step concept for visible dark spots, post-blemish marks and melasma-prone uneven tone. The sequencing matters as much as the actives: preparation and barrier comfort are what allow the corrective steps to be used consistently.
| Product | Format | Active story |
|---|---|---|
| Bright Perfect Cleanser | Gentle brightening cleanser | Niacinamide with licorice-derived actives, low-irritation system |
| Bright Perfect Radiance Toner | Radiance preparatory toner | N-acetyl glucosamine, niacinamide |
| Pigmentation Correcting Serum | Daily correcting serum | Tranexamic acid, alpha-arbutin |
| KDC Perfect Brightening Cream | Brightening moisturiser | Niacinamide with hexylresorcinol or phenylethyl resorcinol |

Collection 07 — Acne Control

A streamlined cleanse, treat and moisturise routine for oily, congested and blemish-prone skin — deliberately avoiding the harsh, over-drying approach that drives consumers back to the dermatologist.
| Product | Format | Active story |
|---|---|---|
| Sebum Control Cleanser | Gel cleanser | Zinc PCA, niacinamide |
| Oil Control Serum | Light leave-on serum | Niacinamide, sarcosine, L-carnitine |
| Lightweight Moisturizer | Gel-cream for oily skin | Squalane, betaine |

Collection 08 — Hydration & Collagen Bank

Built around three kinds of moisture support working together: immediate water-binding, film-forming retention and longer-lasting hydration. The layering is the differentiator, not any single humectant.
| Product | Format | Active story |
|---|---|---|
| Hydrating Cleanser | Low-stripping daily cleanser | Glycerin, sodium PCA |
| Hydrating Serum | Multi-humectant serum | Hyaluronic acid, polyglutamic acid, pentavitin-type actives |

Collection 09 — Eye & Neck Firming

The eye contour and neck show visible ageing first and are routinely underserved by standard face ranges — which makes them a straightforward add-on sale in a clinic setting.
| Product | Format | Active story |
|---|---|---|
| Eye Rejuvenation Serum | Cooling, fast-absorbing eye serum | Peptide complex, caffeine, hyaluronic acid |
| Neck Firming Cream | Neck and décolletage cream | Copper tripeptide-1, Matrixyl® 3000 |

Targeted Mask Therapy

Three single-use masks for the areas a standard routine reaches least well: a contoured hydrogel for the eye area, a serum-rich bio-cellulose sheet for the full face, and an anatomical hydrogel for the neck and décolletage. Masks are the natural add-on sale in a clinic — used in-treatment and sold for home use.
| Product | What it is |
|---|---|
| Eye Revive Hydrogel Mask | A cooling hydrogel eye-contour pair for dehydration |
| Bio-Renewal Face Sheet Mask | A serum-rich bio-cellulose full-face mask for intensive hydration and barrier comfort |
| Neck Sculpt Hydrogel Mask | A flexible neck-shaped hydrogel mask for visible neck lines |

Collection 11 — Hair & Scalp Care

Scalp and fibre treated as one system, for the visible concerns of thinning, shedding and breakage. Density and growth-cycle positioning depends on supplier evidence for the specific active used — it is a claim to be earned, not assumed.
| Product | Format | Active story |
|---|---|---|

| Strengthening Conditioner | Rinse-off conditioner | Hydrolyzed protein, panthenol, arginine |

See these formulas in the catalogue
All 44 products from this portfolio are now live in our ready-formula catalogue, each with its active list, suitability and minimum order:
- Dermatologist-grade collection — the full clinical range, filterable by category.
- Serums · Moisturisers · Sunscreen · Sensitive skin · Hair care
- The full catalogue — 570+ formulas, filterable by minimum order quantity.
This range is set at a minimum of 100 units per SKU.
For brands that want to start below the clinical range’s minimum, our 2026 ready-to-brand catalogue offers 52 mass-market formats from 50 units.
What can be customised — and what cannot
Three dimensions are open for private-label customisation, each bounded by stability, compatibility, claim support and the destination market’s requirements:
- Fragrance profile — fragrance-free clinical, low-allergen sensory, or a signature fragrance.
- Texture and viscosity — water-light essence, serum-gel, lotion, gel-cream or rich balm.
- Claims and positioning — hydration, barrier, anti-ageing, brightening, oil control or recovery support.
What cannot be customised is the evidence. A texture change that destabilises an emulsion, or a claim the testing does not support, is refused at brief stage rather than discovered at notification.
How claims are substantiated
Each claim is matched to an evidence tier appropriate to the clinical channel:
| Evidence tier | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Quality & safety | Stability and packaging compatibility |
| Skin tolerance | Dermatological patch testing |
| Performance | Hydration and corneometry measurement |
| Sun protection | SPF and UVA / PA rating by validated method |
Cosmetic products sold in Malaysia are notified with the National Pharmaceutical Regulatory Agency (NPRA), and claims must stay within the cosmetic route. Products that act by physical means or carry medical claims fall under the Medical Device Authority or drug registration instead — a decision we take at concept stage, not after packaging is printed.
Choosing a collection: the clinic selection guide

The practical method is to start from the client’s dominant concern and pair a core collection with a supporting one. Post-aesthetic sensitivity pairs Post-Procedure Support with Barrier Therapy and Sun Therapy. A dry or compromised barrier pairs Barrier Therapy Essentials with Hydration & Collagen Bank. Uneven tone pairs the Pigmented Skin Set with Sun Therapy, because pigmentation work without daily photoprotection undoes itself.
The ORIZI perspective
Based on ORIZI Group’s manufacturing experience, clinic-channel ranges fail commercially for a reason that has nothing to do with formulation quality: the brand launches the hero product and postpones the supporting steps. In a clinic, the supporting steps are what the practitioner actually dispenses — the cleanser and the sunscreen go home with the client far more often than the ampoule does.
The second pattern is claim inflation late in the project. A range developed on careful cosmetic claims arrives at packaging stage and the marketing copy grows: “repairs”, “treats”, “medical-grade”. That is the point at which a compliant range becomes a regulatory problem, and it is entirely avoidable by fixing the claim set before artwork begins. Our dermatology and aesthetic skincare OEM process locks claims at brief stage for exactly this reason.
Limitations and claim notes
- Every item here is a development concept, not a registered finished product. Final formulation, claims and packaging are set per project.
- Ingredient descriptions indicate positioning direction. Actual inclusion levels and claim wording are decided against testing and the destination market’s rules.
- Advanced actives — including exosome-positioned and growth-factor-type cosmetic ingredients — are only used where the destination market permits them for cosmetic use.
- SPF and PA figures require validated testing on the final formula; they cannot be carried over from a similar formula.
- Hair density and growth-cycle positioning depends on the specific supplier’s evidence for the active used.
Frequently asked questions
Are these products available as ready formulas or does each need development?
Most are available as production-ready concepts that need packaging, claim finalisation and notification rather than formulation from zero. That is what allows a clinic range to launch in weeks rather than quarters. Custom development remains available where a brand wants an exclusive formula.
What is the minimum order quantity for a clinic skincare range?
Each SKU carries its own minimum, so a four-step collection means four minimums. Ready-formula routes start from 50 units per SKU under an R2B launch package; custom formulation with custom packaging typically starts at 500 to 1,000 units per SKU.
Can I claim “medical grade” or “dermatologist grade” on my packaging in Malaysia?
“Medical grade” is not a recognised cosmetic claim and invites regulatory attention. Descriptive positioning such as dermatologist-inspired or clinic-formulated, supported by the actual testing done, is the defensible route. We set this wording before artwork.
Can PDRN, exosome or EGF-type actives be used in Malaysia?
It depends on the specific ingredient, its source and the claim attached to it, and the rules differ by destination market. These are treated as cosmetic-positioned actives used only where permitted — and that check happens at concept stage, before any development spend.
Which collection should a new aesthetic clinic brand start with?
Usually Barrier Therapy Essentials or Sun Therapy Essentials. Both are dispensed to almost every client regardless of the procedure, so they build volume and repeat purchase while the more specialised collections follow.
Can the same formula be sold in Malaysia and exported?
Often yes, but the claim set and sometimes the ingredient list change by market. Deciding the export destinations early is cheaper than reformulating for them later.
Do you supply the packaging as well?
Yes — packaging sourcing, decoration and export-ready pack-out run alongside formulation, which keeps component minimums and lead times inside one schedule.
