Community & Sponsorship
As a manufacturer rooted in Malaysia, ORIZI Group believes a factory’s responsibility does not stop at its gate. The people who work with us, the communities around our operations and the next generation of talent are part of how we measure success. That is why our companies open doors to people others overlook, train the students who will run tomorrow’s factories, and stand behind the causes that keep our communities strong.
Second-chance employment. Dr Orizi (M) Sdn. Bhd. works with Penjara Taiping (Taiping Prison) and PERKESO on a second-chance employment programme, offering inmates preparing for release real jobs on our production floor and a path back into the community.
Inclusive hiring. We employ persons with disabilities (OKU) in roles including quality inspection and warehouse work, open selected production posts to candidates with hearing or speech impairments, and take part in PERKESO’s Return-to-Work programme to help injured workers get back into employment.
Education and careers. Dr Orizi joins PERKESO and polytechnic career fairs. Our work with universities — graduate trainee programmes, industrial training and research sponsorship — is on our Industry & Collaboration Network page.
