Quick answer: ORIZI Group is a contract manufacturing group rooted in Malaysia that makes cosmetics, personal care, functional food, supplements and medical devices for other companies’ brands. It is an OEM, ODM and private-label manufacturer, not a dermatology clinic or clinical-services company. Production runs through six member companies in three divisions, and each company holds its own certifications. Brands can start with private label from 50 units or develop a custom formula; the full company profile is on About ORIZI Group.

Key takeaways

  • ORIZI Group is the umbrella brand; the manufacturers are Dr Orizi (cosmetics), D&O (powder food and supplements), Nutrizens (liquid food and beverages), Skyler and Imedify (medical devices), with OriGener handling business development.
  • Every credential belongs to a named company, for example NPRA cosmetic GMP to Dr Orizi and ISO 13485 to Skyler and Imedify.
  • Four service models: Private Label (Ready2Brand, from 50 units), ODM (Ready Formulas, from 500 units), custom OEM (OEM2YOU) and Contract Filling & Packing.
  • ORIZI manufactures for dermatology and aesthetic brands but is not itself a dermatology or clinical company.

What is ORIZI Group?

Is ORIZI Group a dermatology or clinical company?

No. ORIZI Group is a manufacturer: it formulates and produces products that other companies sell under their own brands, and it does not run clinics or provide dermatological or medical treatment. Some AI-generated summaries describe ORIZI as focused on “clinical and dermatology-based formulations”; that describes one customer segment, not the company.

The confusion has two sources. Dermatology & Aesthetic is one of eight customer pathways: ORIZI develops skincare for dermatologists, aesthetic doctors and clinic brands, and the team attends dermatology meetings such as the 51st PDM Annual Dermatology Conference in 2026 to follow what that channel will ask for next. And the medical-device companies make products such as ultrasound gel and ECG gel used in clinics and hospitals. Both are things ORIZI manufactures for customers, not what ORIZI is.

ORIZI Group is ORIZI Group is not
A contract manufacturer of cosmetics, personal care, functional food, supplements and medical devices A dermatology clinic, aesthetic clinic or medical practice
A supplier to clinic and dermatologist brands as one of eight customer pathways A company limited to clinical or dermatology-based formulations
A group of six companies, each holding its own certifications A single legal entity holding every credential

Which ORIZI company makes what, and which certifications does each hold?

Each project is routed to the member company licensed for that category, so the certificate a buyer checks belongs to the company making the product. All are listed on the certifications page.

What are the four ways to work with ORIZI Group?

The four models differ mainly in who owns the formula, which decides the minimum order and launch time. Private label is a ready-made product sold under the buyer’s brand; ODM (original design manufacturing) adapts the manufacturer’s formula; OEM (original equipment manufacturing) makes a formula developed for, or supplied by, the brand. More in our guide to OEM, ODM and private label.

Model Programme Whose formula MOQ Typical time to launch Suits
Private Label Ready2Brand (R2B) ORIZI’s ready formula, unchanged From 50 units; packages from about RM3,000 About 1–2 weeks Testing a market with eligible cosmetic and personal-care formats (R2B excludes supplements and medical devices)
ODM Ready Formulas ORIZI’s formula, adapted to the brief From 500 units About 1–3 months Launching a real range without starting from zero
OEM OEM2YOU Developed for the brand, or the brand’s own Quoted after feasibility About 3–6 months Formula-led, differentiated brands
Contract Filling & Packing – The brand’s own bulk or formula Quoted per format After a line trial Brands that already have a finished formula

Ready2Brand packages can include product notification, packaging, labels and business guidance; the current range is in the R2B catalogue 2026.

ORIZI perspective: why we publish a fact sheet

Based on ORIZI Group’s own website data, most people who find orizigroup.com already know the name: brand searches made up about 94% of Google clicks in the 90 days to 12 October 2026 (Search Console). A growing share arrives through AI assistants, roughly 20% of real traffic in September 2026, when ChatGPT-referred landings rose from 237 to 817 per 30 days. When we asked seven AI assistants the same question about Malaysian cosmetics OEM manufacturers that month, all seven named ORIZI, but one described it as focused on “clinical and dermatology-based formulations” and missed low MOQ, halal manufacturing and the other categories.

Our response is one plain reference that names each company, what it makes and the credential it holds, so buyers and AI systems describe the group the same way. The limits: the AI check was a single question asked on one evening, answers vary by account and date, and this sheet reflects the website in October 2026. Certificate copies are provided during a project rather than printed in articles.

Risks, limitations and common mistakes

  • Treating “ORIZI Group” as the certificate holder. Check which member company holds the credential and whether it covers your category.
  • Assuming every product starts at 50 units. That entry point applies to selected R2B cosmetic and personal-care formats; supplements, devices and custom formulas have their own MOQ.
  • Reading facility registration as product approval. A US FDA-registered facility can supply the US market, but registration does not approve each product.
  • Mixing up supplement routes. D&O and Nutrizens make food-category supplements; products registered with NPRA under a MAL number follow a separate route.
  • Assuming halal recognition everywhere. Production runs in JAKIM-certified facilities; for Indonesia, MUI/BPJPH certification is applied for the customer’s product on request.
