Claims
Nipple care is a notified cosmetic in Malaysia. Pack copy stays within the NPRA cosmetic claims guideline for breast products: prevention and moisturising wording is acceptable, while treatment or wound-healing wording is not. Every claim line is marked up before artwork goes to print.
Does this formula need a preservative?
No. The base is anhydrous, so there is nothing to support microbial growth. Tocopherol protects the oils and finished-lot microbiological testing is still carried out.
