Develop your own nipple cream with ORIZI Group, an OEM and private-label nipple cream manufacturer. We produce lanolin nipple cream, vegan lanolin-free nipple balm and nipple butter in tubes, jars and sticks — water-free, preservative-free and fragrance-free, notifiable with the NPRA.

It is one of the shortest ingredient lists in personal care — the market benchmark is a single-ingredient lanolin cream, and the leading lanolin-free products carry six ingredients or fewer. The purchase is driven by label trust, so the grade of the raw material and the wording on the pack matter more than formulation complexity.
Directions brands develop with us, adjustable for texture, pack and positioning.

100% anhydrous lanolin, pharmacopoeial grade — the classic single-ingredient format.

Lanolin softened with sunflower oil for an easier draw from the tube.

Shea, cocoa and mango butters set with candelilla wax. No lanolin, no beeswax.

The same vegan base in a richer jar format for daily use.

Twist-up stick for application without fingers.

Companion formats such as nursing balms and mother-and-baby ranges.
The familiar benchmark format. We specify USP Modified / EP grade lanolin with controlled pesticide residues and free lanolin alcohols, evidenced lot by lot.
Many balms sold as lanolin-free still contain beeswax, which breaks a vegan claim. Candelilla wax avoids it entirely and keeps the Halal chain simple.
An anhydrous balm needs no preservative; tocopherol protects the oils instead. Nothing is added for the shelf.
Ingredients are selected on the basis that residue may be ingested, which is what supports the “no need to wash off” positioning used across this category.
We develop this category across these forms:
Concepts frequently requested (final actives depend on the formulation and claim):
Nipple cream is a notified cosmetic, and the claim wording decides whether it stays one. These examples come from the NPRA cosmetic claims guideline for bust and breast products.
| Acceptable for a cosmetic | Not acceptable |
|---|---|
| Prevent cracked nipple | To apply and use on cracked / sore nipple |
| Moisturising | Heals, repairs or treats damaged skin |
| Protects and conditions the nipple area | Forms a layer to promote healing (medical device territory) |
We mark up every claim line on your artwork against that guideline before it goes to print.
| Base | Lanolin for the classic benchmark, vegan candelilla for clean-label and Halal positioning. |
| Texture | Softer wax load for tubes, firmer for jars, firmest for sticks. |
| Pack | 7 g and 15 ml for trial and gifting, 40 ml for the repeat purchase, 60 g jar, 15 g stick. |
| Positioning | Halal, vegan, lanolin-free, fragrance-free. |
| Market | Pharmacy and baby retail, online and social commerce, or export. |
