Our Awards & National Recognition

The recognitions below are not product or manufacturing certifications (those are listed on Our Certifications) — they are national-level acknowledgements of how our member companies are run and how our people are treated.

National Recognition
Three recognitions, one culture
All three trace back to Malaysia’s Industrial Harmony Index (IHI), run by the Jabatan Perhubungan Perusahaan Malaysia (JPPM) under the Kementerian Sumber Manusia. None of these are product or manufacturing certifications — they measure workplace culture and employer–employee relations.
Syarikat Harmoni 2022
IHI Nasional 2022 · National Industrial Harmony Index
Dr Orizi (M) Sdn. Bhd. | ORIZI Group was named a Syarikat Harmoni 2022 recipient, a national recognition measuring the quality of employer–employee relations. The certificate is signed by Dato’ Seri Ir. Dr. Zaini Bin Ujang, Ketua Setiausaha (Secretary-General) of Kementerian Sumber Manusia.
Syarikat Amalan Terbaik
IHI Nasional 2022 · Best Practice Company
A separate, distinctly named recognition presented at the same ceremony as Syarikat Harmoni 2022 — making 24 August 2023 a two-honour day for Dr Orizi. Syarikat Amalan Terbaik (“Best Practice Company”) is presented under JPPM’s own dedicated best-practice dialogue programme.

99% Cemerlang · National Industrial Harmony Index
Dr Orizi’s second consecutive Syarikat Harmoni recognition, scoring 99% Cemerlang — the top of JPPM’s four rating bands. Two separate assessment cycles, two Cemerlang-level outcomes: a maintained culture, not a one-off result.
Why we track this separately from certification
“Your Dream, Our Mission” is a promise to brand owners about product quality — and a promise to our own people about how they are treated. GMP, ISO and product certifications (see Our Certifications) tell you what we manufacture is safe and compliant. These national recognitions tell you something different: that the workplace behind that manufacturing is one our own team experiences as fair and well run, assessed independently by a government body — not just claimed by us.
