Creaton Poh is the pen name of Poh Tze Kheng, a Malaysian entrepreneur, industry researcher and manufacturing strategist with more than 20 years of experience in product development and manufacturing. He writes evidence-based articles about manufacturing, consumer products, business strategy, health, beauty and emerging industry trends.
He is the founder of ORIZI Group, which publishes this site. He entered the beauty industry in 2012 with Dr Orizi (M) Sdn. Bhd., expanded into OEM/ODM and private-label manufacturing from around 2015, pivoted to sanitiser and hygiene production during the 2020 pandemic, and has since built ORIZI Group into a group covering beauty, wellness, nutrition, hygiene, home care, pet care and medical products. He writes about this work from the position of someone who runs the factories he is describing.
His written work is educational rather than promotional: what commonly fails in development and why, how Malaysian regulatory requirements actually apply, and the trade-offs brand owners face between cost, MOQ, timeline and formulation. He is not a chemist, pharmacist or regulatory consultant, and does not write as one — where a claim needs that expertise, it is sourced to the relevant authority or reviewed by the people who hold it.
